I'm blessed to have spent over 5 years working directly with Golden State Warriors managing numerous levels of their Team Store's online presence.

I worked through numerous platform shifts, company shifts, department changes and much more to be deeply involved with a multi-million dollar online shop.

I directly managed the store's social media presence. I created all posts, created the instagram shop, and so much more. Let's jump in to more details below.

The Websites

While managing WarriorsTeamStore, I was responsible for running the CMS's. During the 5+ years that I was involved, we went through 3 different ecommerce platforms, these include: Yahoo Small Business, Network Applications, and Shopify.

I was responsible for creating team approved content, uploading the content, and reporting pertinent data to the appropriate departments.

I was involved with uploading products and managing all levels of the ecomm site. I built the WarriorsTeamStore shopify site from the ground up.

I am still involved with Warriors on a friendship level. I'm well-known internally in the Warriors Marketing Department.

Email Marketing

Over the 5+ years I worked with WarriorsTeamStore, I was responsible for every aspect of the online stores email marketing.

I used multiple ESP's throughout the years including Bronto (now Netsuite), Contact Lab, Mailchimp, and ActiveCampaign.

I not only created the graphics for the email campaigns, but I also uploaded them to templates (often times hand coding links and images). I scheduled the sends, analyzed the metrics, performed tests, managed contacts and more.

Social Media

I was the primary account holder for Warriors Team Store for over 5 years. I managed the Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & Pinterest for WTS. I controlled all posts, created the Facebook and Instagram shops and integrated them with our Shopify site. I came to understand what a massively powerful tool Social Media can be. Not only for increasing sells, but also creating very strong engagement with customers.

My work still exists on all Warriors Shop social media assets. Anything posted before June 30, 2019 was a post that I'd made or created. You can find these sites here:
